Chikilya community started on 15th April 1982, it is belong to Madhya Pradesh stated district-bardwani, block-barwani. This community on the main road, it is a very beautiful place and good atmosphere according to seasons.  There is a small stream 2 K.M far from this place and there is a small town. according to the weather this place is   extreme   cooled   and hot. People are poor and they do hard work for their daily life. Most of the time they spend in the field, parents are   unable to give time for their children and to visit their neighbor. In this place different religion, and cast are living together like ST, SC and OBC. they have different festivals and cultural program celebrate together and enjoy. They cultivate maize, millet, groundnut, chili, and vegetables like: radish, brinjal, cauliflower, lady’s finger etc. Their food is maize, millet and pulses also chilli.         

  Chikilya community missions are: health care, education, (formal and non-formal) women empowerments, helping to orphan children and pastoral activities. In this community 6 sisters are living   and involved in different work 3 sisters go to school 1 sister in dispensary 1 sister is hostel in-charge and 1 sister is pastoral work .This School belong to diocese of Khandwa.   our sisters are collaborating   diocese Mission activities   and organizing different program   for the children and   they go for family  and sick visit.
