The per- novitiate is a time of preparation for St. Joseph   congregation. The purpose of better acquainting young women with the life work of our sisters. They learn to known the aim and the manner of life our St. Joseph congregation   and are given opportunity to participate   in our apostolic activities, In order to discern their vocation. Our Charishm and spirituality is taught to help the novices to clarity their own suitability for religious life   and to this St. Joseph congregation in particular.
